FAQs for Job Seekers

How do I apply through TeamBuilt Talent?
Use the Apply Now option to submit your application or resume. Include your work experience, contact information, and the type of opportunity you are looking for.
We review your background and reach out when we identify a potential match.
What happens after I apply?
We review your application or resume to understand your experience and skills. If we see a potential match, we contact you to discuss your work history, goals, availability, preferred location, and pay expectations.
If an opportunity appears suitable, we explain the position and the next steps.
Can I apply if I do not see a job that fits?
Yes. You can submit your information and tell us what you are looking for. We can consider your background as relevant opportunities become available.
Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, job offer, or placement.
Do I need a resume to get started?
If you have a resume, include it with your application. If you do not, contact our team to ask how to provide your work history and skills.
Some positions may require a resume or additional information before you can be considered.
Can you help me find a permanent job?
We offer direct hire recruiting and temp to hire opportunities, as well as temporary assignments. Tell us whether you are looking for short term work or a permanent position so we can consider opportunities that align with your goals.
A temporary assignment does not automatically become a permanent job.
Can you help if I want to change careers?
Tell us about your previous experience, transferable skills, and the work you would like to explore. We’ll discuss whether available opportunities may fit your background.
Some positions require specific training, credentials, or experience, so we’ll explain those requirements before you decide to proceed.
Will I know the pay, schedule, and job expectations before accepting?
We discuss the available opportunity and the information you need to make a decision, including the work, location, schedule, pay, and relevant requirements.
Ask questions if anything is unclear. We want you to understand what you are considering.
Does applying mean I have to accept a job?
No. Applying starts a conversation. You can ask questions and decide whether an opportunity makes sense for you.
If a role does not fit, tell us what concerns you so we can better understand your preferences.
Who will employ me and handle my pay?
That depends on the placement arrangement. Temporary and temp to hire assignments generally differ from direct hire positions.
Before you accept, we’ll explain who your employer will be, how payroll is handled, and whom to contact with questions.
What should I expect before my first day?
For placements we support, we help you understand the start arrangements, worksite location, schedule, contact person, and any required onboarding steps.
We’ll also discuss relevant instructions about clothing, equipment, or other job requirements so you know how to prepare.
Who should I contact if I have a question after starting?
Contact TeamBuilt Talent with questions about your placement, onboarding, or the support we provide. Follow your worksite’s instructions for immediate operational or safety concerns.
If you are unsure whom to contact, we’ll help clarify the appropriate next step.
