The website’s conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA has not been formally established. We are not claiming that every page or connected service fully meets that standard.

Accessibility tools are one part of our approach. They do not replace accessible design, content, testing, and corrections.

Our website provides DJ Accessibility Light, the free version of the DJ Accessibility plugin for Joomla. Visitors can open the accessibility panel using the accessibility control displayed on the website.

Depending on the enabled settings, the panel offers options such as:

• Changing contrast and color presentation
• Highlighting links and headings

These options may help some visitors tailor the presentation to their preferences. You do not need to use the panel to request assistance from us.

The plugin does not guarantee that all website content or third party features are accessible. It may not affect content displayed within an external platform or embedded frame.

Forms, Applications, and Crelate

Website forms, applications, and uploads are provided through Crelate, a third party recruiting platform. These features may open on a separate page or appear within our website.

We do not claim that Crelate’s features have been evaluated by TeamBuilt Talent for full WCAG conformance. Our website accessibility controls may not change the appearance or operation of those features.

If you have difficulty completing a form, uploading a document, or using an application feature, contact our team. We will work with you to identify an appropriate alternative and, where necessary, communicate the issue to the platform provider.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, medical records, bank details, or other sensitive documents through ordinary email. Ask us about an appropriate way to provide any information that is needed.

You do not need to provide a diagnosis or medical documentation to report a website accessibility problem.

We will review your request and work with you to provide information or assistance through an appropriate alternative. The response time may depend on the request and any technical work needed.

Ongoing Improvements

As the website develops, our accessibility priorities include readable text, meaningful headings, appropriate image alternatives, clear links, keyboard usability, and usable forms.

We will consider reported barriers when planning updates and work to address issues within our control. For third party features, we will seek assistance from the provider and help visitors explore alternative ways to complete their task.
