FAQ for Employers

How do I request staff?
Complete our Request Staff form or contact our team. Share the position, worksite location, number of people needed, schedule, pay range, and anticipated start date.
We’ll discuss the work environment, required skills, and hiring challenges before agreeing on an approach.
What is the difference between temporary, temp to hire, and direct hire staffing?
Temporary staffing helps cover an assignment or changing workforce need without starting with a permanent hiring commitment.
Temp to hire gives an employer and employee an opportunity to evaluate the working relationship before a permanent hire is considered.
Direct hire recruiting supports the search for a candidate who joins your company directly.
We’ll discuss your goals and explain the applicable arrangements before you move forward.
Can you help with just one opening?
Yes. You do not need a large hiring order to start a conversation. Tell us about the opening, required experience, and timing, and we’ll determine how we can support your search.
Can you help when we need several employees?
Yes. We can discuss hiring needs involving multiple positions, shifts, or staffing levels. We’ll review the roles, timeline, and worksite requirements with you before setting expectations for the recruiting effort.
How do you decide whether a candidate fits our company?
We look at more than the job title. We discuss the responsibilities, required skills, work environment, schedule, and expectations with you.
We also speak with candidates about their experience, goals, and preferences. The aim is to identify a fit that makes sense for both your business and the person doing the work.
Do you provide background checks, drug screening, or skills assessments?
Screening requirements should be discussed before recruiting begins. Tell us which checks, assessments, or credentials your position requires, and we’ll confirm what can be arranged and how those requirements will be handled.
The process may vary by role, client requirements, and the type of placement.
How quickly can you fill a position?
Timing depends on the role, required skills, pay, schedule, location, and candidate availability. We’ll discuss your target start date and provide realistic expectations based on the search.
We would rather communicate clearly about the challenge than promise a timeline before understanding the position.
How much do your staffing services cost?
Pricing depends on the service, position, assignment requirements, and scope of support. We discuss those details with you and provide the applicable pricing and terms before work begins.
Contact us for a quote based on your actual hiring needs.
Can we hire a temporary employee permanently?
A permanent hire may be possible, subject to the terms of your staffing agreement. Tell us when you are considering a transition, and we’ll explain any applicable conversion requirements or fees before you proceed.
What does executive recruiting involve?
Executive recruiting begins with understanding your organization, the responsibilities of the position, and the priorities a new leader will need to address.
We work with you to define the search and identify candidates whose experience and leadership approach align with the opportunity.
What does on-site workforce management include?
On site workforce management brings staffing support closer to your operation. Depending on the agreed scope, support may include onboarding coordination, workforce communication, check ins, and assistance with day to day staffing concerns.
We define the responsibilities with you before the service begins.
What if a placement is not working out?
Contact us as soon as you have a concern. We’ll discuss what is happening and work with you on appropriate next steps.
Those steps depend on the circumstances, the type of placement, and your service agreement. We want to address issues rather than let them grow.
Will you stay involved after an employee starts?
Yes. We stay connected with employers and placed employees to understand how the assignment is going, answer questions, and help address concerns.
The specific support depends on the service arrangement, but communication remains part of the relationship.
